How we use your Google data
When you connect a Gmail inbox, Clearcost reads the customer emails in that inbox to show them in the desk and to write draft replies; it creates drafts, applies two labels (“AI concept”, “High risk”) and sends a reply only when a team member clicks Send. When you connect Google Ads, it reads campaign performance and changes a campaign budget only when you click Apply.
Your Google data is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train general AI models. You can disconnect at any time, and we delete the stored data. Read the full privacy policy.
Clearcost’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
